The writing is our own. Ingredients, nutrition and directions come from the boxes, quoted where the wording matters.

A figure for sugar or calories rests on a named source, with a link and the date we read it.

Buyer reviews are printed as written, the unhappy ones too.

The limits get the same space as the strengths: a case is large, the pitcher sticks need sugar, and the bottle sticks carry aspartame.
